  Scott Martin Roth

    Scott was raised in Miami from the time he was born in 1962 up until he went to college in 1980. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where he earned his bachelor's degree English. He then moved on to the Mercer University School of Law where after four years he earned his Juris Doctorate. A few years later he returned to college at Florida Gulf Coast University and earned a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Scott has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988 and if also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.

  Kenneth Turner

    Ken grew up in northern Kentucky just south of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where after four years he earned his Juris Doctorate. After law school, Ken sought out warmer weather and settled in southwest Florida. He worked as a certified legal intern at the Public Defender's Office in Lee County. Ken joined Scott Martin Roth & Associates, P.A. in 2011. When not in the office, Ken enjoys fishing and rooting for the Cincinnati Reds.
